At the heart of every Radrip Deck lies our proprietary fiberglass infusion process. We begin with premium, rock-hard maple veneers seven layers pressed together for a dependable pop. On the top and bottom of this core, we apply layers of aerospace-grade fiberglass, bonded with high-tensile epoxy resin. This hybrid construction maximizes stiffness and torsional stability without adding excess weight, so you get explosive ollies, precise flicks, and a board that resists snapping under stress.

Strength doesn’t happen by accident. Each Radrip Deck is pressed in our climate-controlled facility using custom molds programmed for perfect concave, camber, and wheel-bite clearance. The epoxy-infused fiberglass layers undergo a multi-stage curing cycle to achieve uniform bonding and eliminate voids. After pressing, decks are trimmed to exact contours and hand-sanded for a flawless finish. Every edge is chamfered to prevent delamination, ensuring that your deck remains intact through countless landings.
